Free  Shipping on all products

 

  • Build Time - We can usually ship orders from our shop within 3-5 business days. You may see longer lead times in the Spring and Fall.  We will contact you if the lead time is extended.

 

  • Free Shipping - Free shipping in the contiguous United States

 

  • Transit Time - Brackets are made here in our shop in Maine.  Transit time to the East Coast is typically 1-3 business days.  The West Coast is typically 3-5 business days. 

 

  • Service -  UPS Ground.  We will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking numbers for all of your packages.

 

  • Packaging - We package your items carefully with extra padding to prevent damage during shipping.  We have shipped tens of thousands of packages all across the country without any reported damage during shipping.

 

  • Canada - We do ship to Canada, but it comes with significant added cost.  Contact us for the shipping cost for your address.

 

  • Returns and Exchanges - Returns and exchanges are not accepted on orders.  All of our brackets are built to order and we offer a large selection of design options. Do to this we do not stock items and we are not able to accept returns. If you made a mistake on an order or want to cancel, please contact us immediately. All sales are considered final, but we will work with you if the order has not been put into production
