Shipping & Return Policy


  • We can usually ship orders from our shop within 3-5 business days. You may see longer lead times in the Spring and Fall.  We will contact you if the lead time is extended.  

    • Brackets are made here in our shop in Maine.  Transit time to the east coast is typically 1-3 business days.  The west coast is typically 3-5 business days.  

    • Free shipping is for the contiguous United States

    • Canada - We do ship to Canada, but it comes with significant added cost.  Contact us for the shipping cost for your address.

        • Returns are not accepted on orders.  All of our brackets are built to order and we offer a large selection of design options. Do to this we do not stock items and we are not able to accept returns. If you made a mistake on an order please contact us immediately. All sales are considered final, but we will work with you if the order has not been put into production.

        • We package your items carefully with extra padding to prevent damage during shipping.  We have shipped tens of thousands of packages all across the country without any reported damage during shipping.
